Legal
Terms of service.
The agreement between datastore.ge and the person or company running a shop on it.
This is a plain-language draft. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on it.
What we provide
datastore.ge provides hosted online shop software: an address under datastore.ge, the storefront your buyers see, and the panel you manage it from. We keep the service running, apply updates and hold backups.
Your shop is yours
Your products, photos, texts, customers and orders belong to you. We do not sell them, and we use them only to run the service for you.
You are responsible for what your shop sells and says: that your goods may lawfully be sold, that your descriptions are accurate, and that you meet your obligations to your own buyers.
Payment and cancellation
The plan is paid monthly in advance. The first month is free, and we ask for no card to start.
You can stop at any time. At the end of the paid period the shop goes offline; your data stays with us and comes back when you start again.
Money from sales
We never hold your money. Card payments settle from the bank to your own account under the merchant agreement you sign with it, and the bank keeps its commission at the rate you agreed with them. Transfers and cash never touch us either.
Disputes, chargebacks and refunds on card payments are handled under your contract with the bank.
What we may not allow
We can suspend a shop that breaks Georgian law, sells goods it may not sell, attacks or overloads the platform, or is used to defraud buyers. Where it is reasonable we warn you first.
Limits
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not liable for lost profits arising from an interruption, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the period concerned.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
