What to tell us
If something is wrong with a shop, send us its address and roughly when it happened — that is usually enough for us to find it. A screenshot always helps.
Opening a shop
You do not need to write first. Fill in the request form, pick your address, and we will set the shop up and come back to you.
About payments
Card acquiring is a contract between you and Bank of Georgia or TBC — the rate, the settlement schedule and the paperwork are theirs. Once they give you the credentials we help you connect them, and the "Test setup" button in your panel confirms they work.
